Iswarchandra Vidyasagar Iswarchandra Vidyasagar was born in 1820 in Midnapore district at Birsingha village.His father name was sri Thakurdas Bandyopadhaya.His mother name was smt.Bhagabati Devi.His early education in a village.After he came to kolkata for higher education.
